"Staff were present all day and evening. They seemed to run a tight ship. All inquiries were answered thoroughly and helpfully. There was very little noise from other rooms audible in our room. The dock and swimming areas were unexpectedly nice. It's a scenic 5 mile drive to Cooperstown, where the attractions, dining and hustle and bustle are. The cost was very reasonable in mid-June. We will come again!"

"We were in the area with a thousand or so families for the Cooperstown baseball tournament. We weren’t excited about staying in a big hotel for 9 days. Based on reviews we chose this small (15 unit) motel with a kitchenette just 5 miles south of the tournament. There is a convenience store in front of the motel. It was very peaceful and quiet. I sat on the patio outside my room and enjoyed the view of the fields and mountains while reading a book. Paul and his dad own the motel and are a picture of hard working people investing in their dream and working hard to insure their guests have a good experience. I would describe the rooms as quaint and would highly recommend booking here. You can make your own breakfast in the room or go to Jackie’s less than a mile north as you head to the baseball park. Paul was an excellent host. "

"Ideal location on the lake. Staff was incredibly responsive to an issue with my room one night and friendly with questions. Easy walking distance to Main Street. The restaurant was good with quick service. Room is small but fully met my needs. "

"We liked everything! Setting is gorgeous. Very good one choice breakfast. Basic but delicious. Deck is wonderful. 180 degree view of the lake. Expect to climb stairs to most rooms. Our room had a separate area for our grandson to sleep. Perfect . Definitely recommend."

"We had a great time staying in this lil cozy airbnb! The TV was super slow and limited but other than that it was clean, easily accessible, and overall a wonderful stay! "

"I love that the lake was right out our door, my kids and i rented a kayak and enjoyed every minute together. Only down side is they dont offer breakfast and there is not many food places near by.. we had to drive about 15 minutes to McDonald's daily cause thats one of the only fast food places, everything else is a litlle pricey! As far as our room, i loved it!"
