"One of the best trips my family has ever taken! The caboose is charming with amazing views and plenty of furry company. The house was clean and the yard/fire pit area was spectacular. The only negative is the water smells a bit funky, but that should not be a deterrent because this trip is so special. Do not miss out, book the caboose!!"

"We were up here for a baseball tournament and could not have been happier with this home and the owners. Everything in the home was very nice which made it feel like we were at home. The kids had an amazing time too...there was a lot of area outside for them to play and the game room was great for them too. The owners were very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again any time that I am in the area!"

"Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. "This is a Cooperstown gem! Sandra is a great host and very responsive. As for the property, a great location and short ride from Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of space for a few families and the adjacent cottage was an added bonus that let us spread out a little more. Can't forget the pool out back and the woods all around. Highly recommend to all looking!"
