First room overwhelmingly smelled of stale and musty urine. Televisions not functional. Ice machine AND vending machines not functional. The bed seemed clean. Large cobweb in corner of ceiling and couch was ripped up.

it was disgusting it was cobwebs everywhere with spiders. it was mold all over the room and there is a hole in the floor. it only had 3 channels on the tv and the employees did not care. the hallways were very stinky. when we opened the fridge, there was a huge block of ice at the top. we called and asked for assistance and they never came. it was a horrible experience i do not recommend to anyone. we left it immediately because we did not feel safe. They wouldnt refund us our money either.

Fridge was filthy. The tub was disgusting. Peeling and the ceiling was falling in the tub. Telephones were not working. There was no remote in room had to go to desk as we could not call. Definitely not recommended

While traveling with my 3 years old , I felt as if my safety was compromised whether intentionally or unintentionally this whole experience was scary and sketchy . We were placed in an obscure spot where the door for the 1st floor patio unit was open , lock broken and after requesting another room I was charged extra by cash as if it was my fault . Only to be placed in another room which was deplorable . I had a 14 hr drive ahead and unfortunately was not able to sleep because I had to stay awake to protect myself and my child from whatever was going on in that location .
