Thanks for your visit and review. I was disappointed that you didn't sleep well, as we get compliments on our beds and bedding. We don't have fans in the room, but certainly upon request in the future we can assist.

I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment. Yes, we do only have valet parking being in an urban / downtown area, as well only comp. coffee in your room. In the future if you sign up for Hilton Honors you will experience free wifi and other perks.
