Charming Cul-de-sac Retreat | Double Master + Garage + Home Office
- Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located listing. Chesterfield, VA sits in between Richmond (15 mi) and Petersburg (20 mi). The advantage to this location is that you can venture out to enjoy the city without comprising the benefits of staying in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood. This is a spacious home to host you and your entire family!
This is a pet friendly home but guests must message owner about pet information/fees before checking in. *non registered pets result in $100 non-disclosure fee.
Pet Rules:
We welcome well behaved dogs for a $65 fee per pet. We are not able to host puppies under nine months old and/or any dog that is not housebroken. We do limit the pets to two dogs.
• Pet waste needs to be cleaned up promptly and disposed of properly
• Must be crated when in the house alone.
• Stay off all furniture and beds
• Must have advance notice of pets on property - unregistered pets will result in an additional $100 fee
• Can not be left alone outside
