Newly updated, sparkling clean home in a beautiful tree-lined, quiet neighborhood.
Conveniently located near Hanford, Columbia and Yakima rivers, downtown, various wineries, walking paths, and highway access. Plenty of space for up to 8 guests to spread out.

Inside you’ll find an open concept living room and fully equiped kitchen, as well as a spacious dining area. The living room and family room offer double extra space to relax and use the tv or games. The primary bedroom has its own tv and full en-suite bathroom. Enjoy the private, fully fenced backyard with plenty of outdoor seating, a gas bbq, fountain, 2 cruiser bikes for your use!

We offer 2:00 pm late checkout on Sundays.

This cute home is warm and cozy. It is centrally located within minutes of most Richland venues and about 9 minutes from Columbia Center. We really loved our stay. The little touches made us feel welcome, cold soda and water in the fridge, snacks on the kitchen island and Christmas decorations galore ! It's one of the cleanest houses in which we have stayed, The beds were very comfortable with a variety of pillow choices. This will definitely be our first choice when staying in the Tri-Cities.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and very well stocked. The kitchen had a good supply of plates, cups, utensils, etc. as well as basic cooking ingredients. There were a ton of extra pillows and blankets. Overall, the house felt cozy, homey, and welcoming.

Wine Tasting Weekend

We rented this house for a weekend of wine tasting and a winemakers dinner. The location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet. We cooked out the first night and had dinner on the back patio. We loved the decorative lights and the relaxing atmosphere.

This property was perfect for our father/son trip fishing on the Columbia River! Super comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and a BBQ grill to cook our catch!! We especially love the corn hole boards, and that was a nice surprise, where dad got to school his son on how to play!!! Thank you for an amazing property!

Host was very responsive. Appreciated the 2pm checkout on Sunday! Home was very comfortable for us (family with two little kids under three). Host also provided other comforts and supplies that were above and beyond the typical rental. Has two separate living rooms, multiple dining space options, a well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, delicious treats, and more... we strongly recommend staying here!

Delightful House in Central Location

What a perfect house for the 5 of us attending the state gymnastics competition! We loved having 2 family rooms to spread out, and the games were an extra bonus. The house was spacious with plenty of sleeping areas, and an ideal open concept kitchen/dining room. The yard is quite large and the backyard ideal for an evening dinner. The thoughtful host not only supplied the bathrooms with thick, fluffy towels and shower supplies, but also left snacks, sodas, and coffee as a bonus! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great first Vrbo experience

As a first time renter I was not sure what to expect, but, the hostess was great to work with. She answered my questions and readily communicated. Cleanliness was our first and highest concern and the house was very clean. We also really appreciated that coffee was there to go along with the coffee maker and we didn't have to go find a place to get some. Same with having shampoo in the showers. It is easy to see that the hosts are considerate people and I think that is the 'secret sauce' to making this a great place to stay.
