"I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel. I've stayed in Richfield before, so i kinda now what to expect that will fit in my budget. I was honestly surprised as the quality. You can tell that it has recently been remodeled. The room was clean and comfortable and quite. I will say i like me bed at home better, but most people do. The front dress staff was very kinda and helpful. I will definitely stay here again"

"Open up the tesla charger to other car brands. I used Tesla chargers on my Hyundai but this one wasn't compatible. You'll get more e-travelers if you do"

"The room nice and big plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 kids. It was nice to have the fridge and the workspace. The pool however was green and smelled funky. There were never any towels in there either. Overall our stay was good."

"Room decor and furnishings were out dated. Baseboards in hallway were torn off and plaster showing. Pool and hot tub were old and run down. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok."

"The room was clean and had a new floor. However It there was a very strong chemical smell of some sort that i didnt recognize. The smell seemed to follow me even after i left. The breakfast was only ok. They had cold hard boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon that i find at nicer hotels. This hotel just seemed a bit worn inside and out even with new floors. I wish i had payed attention to the 2star rating more than the user rating above 8 out of ten.. i would pay more to stay elsewhere next time"

"This place is amazing, quiet comfy, and cozy really made us feel like we were at home. Usually, it’s hard to sleep or get comfy staying somewhere besides your own house but this place was amazing. Loved it."
