"The beds were comfy and everything in the room was clean. The only issue was a musty smell in our room and I was not sure if it was just our room or all the rooms. I was gonna ask to switch, but we weren’t there long enough so I just dealt with it cause I wasn’t sure if it was in the other rooms as well. That was room 139. There was a microwave and fridge, that came in handy. Breakfast was good and there was a little variety. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! And they don’t mention it on Hotels.com, but there is an indoor hot tub with the indoor pool, and they were nice. This is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel when I would stay again!"

"This was a great stay for a weekend getaway. We tried fishing. The moss was pretty well under control but the only fish that he could get to bite were very small blue gills. It was fun though. We cooked onsite. Just a note for the host, the can opener in the drawer doesn’t work. We got into our cans caveman style but for the future you may want to pack one if you are needing to open cans. Over all we loved the stay here."

"I have to say I was kind of freaked out by one or two of the reviews I read after reserving my room. However, the room was nice there were no bugs, no sign of any issues. There were a couple of noisy incidents that lasted less than 2 minutes. There was plenty of parking. Close to some places to eat. I have no complaints about this hotel. One thing I will say is that whoever picked the design for the bathtub should think again. It looks like squashed bugs in the design. So much so that I actually touched a few of the black spots and found them to be in the design not on the surface of the tub. Nonetheless it makes it look like bugs. Probably a poor choice for the tub. One last thing. Please provide directions for the tv. It is not intuitive. Please provide instructions for turning off the tv. It took me 30 minutes of actually trying to get the tv to turn off. Finally I touched a few other buttons and the screen went off. But I considered that a miracle."
