The staf works very hard but they are not professional hoteliers. The cons: it is a bed and breakfast posing as a hotel so some nutty things happened during our stay. "Upon arrival they handed us keys to the room they said was ours. With three days left in our visit they called us asking us to check out. We went down to see what was going on and apparently we were supposed to be staying in another room. The younger lady at the front desk was visibly upset with us as if we changed rooms and was giving us attitude about it.
