Located at the confluence of two rivers (Beaume and Drobie), swimming in 10 minutes by foot, 2 minutes by car or by bike. Quiet and natural setting, land 1800 m2. Large panoramic swimming pool with view on the nature (square 7x7), big beach of 120 m2 in wood (common to the two villas), alarm, deckchairs and Chilean. Covered terrace of 37 m2. Shops at 4 km, 3 weekly markets at 4 km, plus 2 night markets. The Grotte Chauvet 40 minutes, the parades of the river Ardeche and the Pont d'Arc 30 minutes. Several villages classified nearby: Balazuc, Vogue, Labeaume, Noves. Adventure trail, via Ferrata, canoeing, rafting etc. 20 minutes away. Possibility to rent a 2 nd identical villa if you are numerous, plus two bedrooms with bathroom (ten meters). Independent WC, fitted kitchen well equipped, washing machine dishwasher, reversible air conditioning in all rooms. Mandatory end of stay cleaning included in the price (70 euros). Mushrooms and chestnuts in season. Wonderful motorcycle rides (the owners are motorcyclists). Large trampoline, bowling green. 2 rooms with beds in 160 (bedding of quality), a mezzanine with beds in 90 superposed and a click clac. Rental from Saturday to Saturday, arrival from 4 pm, departure before 11 am only per week during the summer season. Possibility to rent linen extra (sheets, towels) on request. Free baby kit.
