Segunda vez no hotel em 30 dias. Da vez anterior tivemos dois problemas; um desconto de 20% por optar por um quarto mais simples, desconto este que foi um pato para receber, e a limpeza o quarto que ate as 15 horas vai tinha vindo. Dessa vez ate as 15:50 horas, o quarto não havia sido limpo. E na recepção ainda disseram que a regra do hotel, e que a limpeza deve ser feita ate as 16;00.

Funcionários educados e atenciosos. Café da Manhã excelente! Nota 10! Uma pena a piscina fria! Uma piscina aquecida de verdade faria toda diferença. Quarto confortável, mas o colchão horrível. Um se movimentava e o outro quase caía. Roupa de cama também deixou a desejar. Nao conseguimos dormir. Tecido quente. Melhor 2 camas ou cama king.

Excelente estadia!

O hotel é excelente, cama confortável, o café da manhã uma delícia, o banheiro tem um chuveiro muito bom. Ele fica em uma ótima localização, perto de restaurantes, parque, local super tranquilo. A equipe do hotel é super educada, o atendimento foi excelente, todos muito solícitos e educados. De toda forma deixo um agradecimento especial à Maria que fazia nossos ovos e panquecas todas as manhãs com muito carinho :)

Uma boa hospedagem com diversão noturna

Foi muito boa a hospedagem, quarto muito limpo, tudo funcionando, o hotel todo estava muito cheiroso e o café da manhã é bom. O preço da hospedagem poderia melhorar. No 11o andar tem o Onzeskyline que é uma excelente opção de restaurante com preços de comida justos mas de drinks um pouco caro.

Fizemos o check in e nos avisaram que ia faltar agua, mas ja era a noite e nao tinhamo onde ir. Ficamos totalmente sem agua, sem descarga desde as 8 da manhã foi uma experiencia horrivel, perdemos um casamento pq nao tinhamos como nos arrumar.

Gostei da limpeza e da qualidade dos materiais. Não gostei do atendimento inicial que não encontraram minha reserva e ainda por cima alegando que eu estava no hotel errado. Tive que tirar prints da minha reserva, enviar comprovante de pagamento, enviar e-mail de confirmação, etc… tiveram muita dificuldade nisso. Fora isso, do resto gostei bastante. Mas pelo preço, fico com outros hotéis que compensam mais.
