Nos colocaram em 1 quarto super pequeno e com uma cama que fazia muito barulho. Solicitamos a troca de quarto e nos colocaram em um quarto com cama sem barulho. Agua do banho temperatura sem controle, hora muito quente ou muito fria. Elevador barulhento refletia barulho dentro do quarto. Hotel sem qualquer prtecao acústica. Muito barulho.

Necessita de manutenção e mais atenção

Minha segunda vez neste estabelecimento, reparei que a piscina precisa de manutenção, nossa porta não abria toda vez que saiamos do quarto, tinha que ir na recepção para validar o cartão da porta, porém continuava a falhar, secador do banheiro não funcionou, falei com rapaz da recepção que ignorou completamente a reclamação, enfim! Dessa vez deixou a desejar
