"Located near the Kleptuza lake in Velingrad, Bulgaria, this place is perfect to visit with your adult parents - the aqua jets are designed to massage the entire body, and specifically feet, shoulders, and back, parts that need the special mineral water treatment, so the peripheral nerve system is reenergized. The local food is fresh and delicious, and the staff is very friendly."

"Spent 4 nights at MPM Sport Hotel in February. The hotel has a great location next to the gondola and in the main street with resturants and bars. My room had a balcony with a view to the bottom of the ski road and I did not notice any noice from the outside. Good breakfast and nice spa area. Would defenitly reccomend this hotel to guests visiting Bansko. "

"The hotel is not a 4 stars hotel. Pictures on the Expedia web site are deceiving. Old with small rooms that lack even a bench to place your suitcase. It had space for a small suitcase only, the type that you take with you onboard on an airplane. Beakfast is just O.K. nothing special. Bathroom was old with cheap skinny towels. Not worth the $140 per night that we paid, maybe $70 would had been the correct price considering the facilities."
