This truly idyllic and unique retreat consists of two luxurious villas built with the utmost respect for the traditional Dodecanese architecture, in perfect harmony with the natural setting. Amazing property

We had a fantastic experience this past week! The house was perfect for our group size (3 families), and was clean, organized and perfectly laid out. Kyriakos (and the grounds staff) were super responsive and attended to our needs immediately. The views are so incredible and the morning sunset was unparalleled. The main kitchen/dining area was sized perfectly for our group size. I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable modern space with super views and access to arguably the best beaches on the island!

Lovely

We loved our stay. We were in the 6 bed at Southrock Villas which meant there was no house infront of us. Our view was fabulous. The beach was quiet the whole time we were there, there is therefore no noise from the beach. More than enough room in the house. On average it took us 1.5 hours from the airport. Air conditioning worked well. There was always hot water. Calm sea, pebble beach. Our only negative, we couldn’t use the safes as there were no batteries supplied. Manager of the house was in contact via WhatsApp, he kept checking up on us. Housekeeping offered more towel/sheets after our first week. A great find!
