A little too far from the town , approximately 20 mins walk on busy road. Transport needed really or reliant on expensive taxis.

Le personnel de l'hôtel était accueillant et plutôt sympathique. Les lits étaient confortables mais cependant nous avons fait face à beaucoup de problèmes dans notre chambre sans aucun geste commercial de la part de l'équipe. La salle de bain était à la limite du vétuste. Gros problèmes de plomberie, une douche qui fuit, un toilette qui a coulé pendant 3 jours avant d'être réparé, une cuvette qui tombe, des robinets mal réglés, fenêtre cassée... Nous avons passé 4 jours les pieds dans l'eau dans la salle de bains. La chambre était au sous-sol avec une moustiquaire déchirée que nous avons demandé de faire réparer et de gros morceaux de verres trainaient entre la vitre et la moustiquaire. La fenêtre donnait sur un parking sur lequel les quads viennent se garer à 3h du matin. Pas génial pour le sommeil. Le couloir est bruyant et nous réveille la nuit, aucune insonorisation, on entend des portes claquer, du personnel parler ou siffler, des voyageurs rentrer saouls... L'hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre de Faliraki, mais heureusement des bus passent pour amener à des points touristiques. Enfin, nous n'avons pas eu de ménage pendant 5 jours. Je pense que ce séjour aurait pu mieux se dérouler mais nous n'avons même pas reçu d'excuses de la part du personnel. Dommage car l'hôtel a un gros potentiel...

Wir hatten an dieses Hotel überhaupt keine hohen Erwartungen, aber wir erwarten natürlich, dass das Personal freundlich ist und bei Problemen eine Lösung anbietet. Wir gehen davon aus, dass unsere Grundbedürfnisse erfüllt werden. Es gab weder Shampoo noch Seife, und es gab kein warmes Wasser. Wir haben das Problem mit dem warmen Wasser mehrmals an der Rezeption angesprochen, aber die Mitarbeiterin hat immer nur gesagt, dass sie sich darum kümmert, ohne dass etwas passiert ist. Sie wusste nicht, wie man mit Kunden spricht, war aggressiv und soooo unfreundlich und hat unser Problem nie gelöst. Wir mussten schließlich kalt duschen. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden mit dieser Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption. Die Klimaanlage kostet extra. Für die Lage des Hotels muss man unbedingt ein Auto mieten, da es an einer Hauptstraße liegt und das Meer zu Fuß nicht erreichbar ist. Das Einzige Positive war, dass man im Hotel für 50 Euro pro Tag ein Auto mieten konnte.

2 stelle e non di più, pulizia della camera inesistente, il cambio asciugamani e lenzuola era previsto ogni 3 giorni, inutile dire che abbiamo dovuto sollecitare la reception, affinché cambiassero queste cose *BASILARI* Uniche note positive, Gli spazi comuni, piscina e servizio ristorante e i dintorni perché FALIRAKI durante il giorno offre spiagge meravigliose e la sera una discreta VITA NOTTURNA. Consigli se prenotate, non fatevi mettere nelle camere giù, ma in quelle a bordo piscina, noleggiate un’auto, perché la posizione dell’HOTEL non permette spostamenti semplici e veloci.

Pleasent place away from the hectic city life

It is a very nice hotel, serving tradittional Greak Food. The personal is gentle and nice. There were not many people in it in June which made the stay more comfortable. 15 minutes walk to the city center, or by 5 minutes by bus. Walking to the city center a little bit a roller coaster, as you need to walk along the busy street for a certain lenght without the path. I would highly recomend that place for a stay especially if you do not like the hassle of the city.

People you spend time with makes the trip special, and I was fortunate to spend the time with great friend and make new ones. Chris, the hotel manager and owner, goes above and beyond to make his guests feel welcome and at home; a lovely place and atmosphere which I thoroughly recommend !

Bella la piscina, struttura pulita ma con parecchi difetti, il wifi nella mia stanza non funzionava, il cellulare prendeva a fatica e nemmeno dappertutto, non c'era il telefono in camera, la doccia senza tenda ovviamente allagava il bagno ogni volta che la usavo, un'anta dell'armadio sbatteva contro la lampada a muro quando aperta, una sola presa di corrente per frigo e tv, o uno o l'altro (nemmeno una tripla), aria condizionata da pagare a parte 6 euro al giorno anche se sul sito non era specificato... Insomma il mio é stato un soggiorno breve e di lavoro, sapevo che avrei solo dormito in albergo e mi serviva che fosse a faliraki, il prezzo era buono e va bene così, ma se fosse stata una vacanza magari in due non sarei per niente soddisfatto.

Sistemazione piacevole ed economica

In buona posizione logistica per raggiungere tutte le migliori località balneari dell'isola. Si consiglia l'affitto di uno scooter o di un'auto. Le stanze sono abbastanza spartane, ma l'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione; sono comunque dotate dei confort necessari per un piacevole soggiorno: a/c, wifi, tv e spazio sufficiente. La struttura è dotata inoltre di un'ottima piscina.

Hotel da due stelle a tutti gli effetti. Basterebbe veramente poco e mi riferisco soprattutto alla pulizia in generale sia degli spazi comuni che delle stanze. L'aria condizionata è a pagamento e ad agosto è necessaria perche' le stanze sono molto calde. lo staff è gentilissimo. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima. Lo consiglio a persone giovani senza troppe esigenze che hanno giusto bisogno di una stanza d'albergo per poche ore della giornata.

Sympathique et accueillant

Service excellent pour un hotel deux étoiles. Le personnel est agréable, efficace et chaleureux. Pas loin du centre et à 10 min en voiture de la baie d'Anthony Quinn. Si vous avez une demande particulière, n'hésitez pas à contacter la réception, ils vous aideront et renseigneront avec sourire.

très bon accueil - grande piscine mais beaucoup de transats cassés - route passante à proximité mais oliviers entre la route et l'hôtel - 4 ou 5 kilomètres pour aller à la plage la plus proche - le trajet à pied n'est pas agréable car une portion de 4 voies à longer - station de bus à proximité de l'hôtel

Bisogna sapersi accontentare!

Posizione strategica dell'hotel per spostamenti a nord e sud dell'isola, essendo anche sulla strada principale. Nel complessivo oserei definire l'hotel "essenziale". Con un buon spirito di adattamento, io e la mia ragazza siamo stati bene! Ciò che fa di loro il punto di forza è la loro pregevole cordialità e ospitalità. Eleni parla anche molto bene l'italiano, ed è stata la nostra rampa di lancio, grazie agli innumerevoli consigli sul come e dove spostarci durante la nostra settimana.

Ottima ospitalità

Già dall'arrivo(oltre la mezzanotte) si è vista subito l'ospitalità. Gestione familiare eccellente e disponibilità a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Piscina pulita e abbastanza grande. Camere semplici ma accoglienti. Aria condizionata perfetta e wiifii veloce. Un pochino lontano da faliraki e quindi dalla spiaggia(a piedi non ci arrivi). Serve affittare un mezzo auto circa 35 €/al giorno per più di tre giorni. Tranquillo e familiare. Lontano dal casino di faliraki. Ci tornerei di sicuro.

Hôtel simple et bon marché chambre vieillotte mais propre très belle piscine personnel familial et accueillant convient parfaitement comme point de chute si vous avez une voiture car nombreuses plages superbes, visites et restos dans un rayon de 15 km

Come a casa propia + informazioni come muoversi

Esperienza positiva.. una settimana passata benissimo l'hotel offre parcheggio gratuito , una bella piscina con sdraio e ombrellone gratis , spazi all'aperto , collegato con la strada principale che vi portera nella direzione di qualsiasi cosa che vorrete visitare...ben collegato con la movida e i locali di faliraki 15-20 min a piedi o fermata autobus fuori l'hotel , nella stanza non manca un frigo , utile per rinfrescare le propie bevande o riporre viveri. le camere hanno un balcone con tavolino e sedie e in camera c'e' il condizionatore e una scrivania. l'unica cosa che manca e' la tenda alla doccia ma noi abbiamo chiesto un tappetino detto e fatto i propietari molto gentili nn vi mandano via senza risolvere i vostri problemi. appena arrivato mi serviva un mezzo per muovermi sull'isola e subito loro mi hanno chiamato la ditta faliraki since 1991 moto center0030 2241086730 mi sono venuti a prendere mi hanno consigliato lo scooter 125 al costo di 150 euro tutto compreso una settimana .....pagato contanti sono rientrato in hotel con lo scooter e due caschi, molte spiaggie sono piu comode con il motorino per il parcheggio e poi il senso di liberta' fa piu' vacanza. se prenotate con expedia io ho preso il servizio navetta per due andata e ritorno circa 42 euro tutto vi verranno a prendere in aeroporto e vi riporteranno. comunque rodi citta' dista circa 13 km collegata anche con bus hotel consigliatissimo

Hôtel simple et correct à un prix aventageux

L'hôtel est très bien situé pas loin de la ville de Rhodes et dans la zone de Faliraki, a à peine 5 minutes de la plage Anthony Quinn. Il ne faut pas chercher un hôtel luxueux, cet hôtel est simple et idéal pour qui veut passer des vacances à un prix raisonnable, à conseiller avec des amis ou en famille. La piscine est bien entretenue et assez grande de quoi se délasser sans aucun souci, l'hôtel est situé dans une zone calme malgré la grand route toute proche. Côté chambre , à notre arrivée celle-ci n'avait pas été nettoyée et nous avons du demander, le lendemain matin à la réception, pour que notre chambre soit faite correctement. Par après , plus de soucis! L'accueil est très bien, l'hôtel étant géré par une famille et donc la direction est très proche de ses clients. Le petit-déjeûner est simple et le personnel serviable. Bref un hôtel correct pour un prix très intéressant sur une île gorgée de soleil...que demander de mieux?
