Modern property with clean rooms and helpful staff. Liked the in room safe and breakfast options. Nice pool area, plenty of common seating areas. Would have liked dedicated sun beds at the beach and shuttle service from the harbor.

We arrived late and were given a room that was inconsistent with the pictures shown on Expedia. We were moved the next day to a nice room like we expected. Otherwise nice property and location, good buffet dinner next door.

Our stay was all in all good. Small things like the balcony which we booked extra was a joke. Bathroom has no windows. The beds are 2 small one's put together. Breakfast is boring and small medical help isnt available. Location is oke...

A very nice hotel with beautiful rooms that were quite large for Europe standards. The only bad thing ….. the hallways are all marble…. So everything echos…. Waking you up at night with any talking in the hallways. Nice pool, breakfast was nice although the juices were fake. ( actually our only hotel in Greece with fake juice). Across from a nice beach

The hotel was just across the beach and about 20 minute walk from Rhodes old town. However there were plenty of restuarants nearby, one called Jays Burgers who did excellent food and the staff were really friendly. Staff at the hotel were all very friendly especially Alexia at the bar. Room was a good size . The balcony was only a Juliet balcony however. The Room could have done with having a long mirror and bring your own hairdryer as the one in the hotel was very slow and got very hot holding it. Breakfast was good but it was the same things every day. The pool was very small and so was the pool area. There were no room for umbrellas but there was a shaded area. Overall the hotel was very clean and I would stay here again

Definately not a 4-star hotel

+ The location is good next to the beach and the breakfast was decent + Travelled alone and felt safe - The layout of the breakfast room was not organized in the best possible way and it got crowded - Room was not as pictured in the reservation but older and worn out - Strong smell of sewer in the bathroom and also in the hotel room - Shower area was reaaaaallly narrow and if you are a bigger/taller person, prepare to shower with the shower curtain glued to you skin - You can hear EVERYTHING clearly from the corridor and room next door so earplugs definately needed. Heard loud music from outside I stayed for two nights and that was enough. Don´t know if there are nicer rooms in the hotel but mine was maximum 2 stars.

Great beach view room Very clean and well maintained Restaurant used for breakfast was generally very busy, and food good (juice drinks were unpleasant though). Good location with benefit of the sea breeze to cool the baking temperatures down! Easy to walk to old town and up to acropolis, lots of restaurants close by and lots of small shops for food/drinks etc

Hotel was mooi en verzorgd . Personeel was heel vriendelijk en stond altijd klaar voor te helpen . Leuke attentie voor kinderen gekregen voor aan strand. Niet vergeten de kamermeisje die altijd supervriendelijk was. Eten was steeds hetzelfde maar voldoende. Hotel centraal gelegen met leuke restaurantjes, bars en bezichtigingen

Pros: Clean, kind staff members, good location, very good dinner in their parent hotel mitsis la palais. Cons: Low level room equipments such as hair dryer. And the number of elevators is not sufficient. I also recommend to put guardrail on the balcony wall, I found the wall in a low height.

Mooi gelegen hotel , tegenover de zee. Kamers werden elke dag schoongemaakt, ontbijt ruime keuze uit brood , warme gerechten, kwark , fruit , thee en sap , Vriendelijk en hardwerkend personeel . Klein koud zwembadje met stoelen erbij , sluit wel om 19.00 uur. Op het strand zijn ligstoelen met parasols die je kan gebruiken behorend bij het hotel en ook krijg je hiervoor badlakens mee. Tegenover het hotel zijn ze een nieuw hotel aan het bouwen en dat geeft geluidsoverlast. Verder prima hotel voor prima prijs 👍
