Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Hidden Air Conditioning fee of 9 EUR / day. Sheets were not changed daily, which combined with hot weather & no A/C led to unpleasant bed condition. Staff was friendly and well-intended, but not trained to adequately handle issues professionally (blaming us for asking our towels to be changed by leaving them on the ground, a standard practice in most hotels). Facility was a bit dated. Pool water was certainly not filtered properly and appeared murky. The property is very conveniently located, 100m walk to the beach, and 10 min drive from the airport. Airplanes fly surprisingly late (1:36am), and the noise is loud enough to completely interrupt conversations.
