Hill & Sea View Villas are brand new villa located on the hillside of Kolympia and offer a private swimming pool. Villa has a beautiful sea view and the nearest beach is found only a 5 minute drive away. Guests of the villas will surely have a memorable stay and incredible holidays. The location is pretty convenient to visit every beach on the east coast line of Rhodes. Each Villa hosts up to 8 or 10 people.
Hill & sea view Villa is brand new and has a tasteful decorating approach that magnetizes you as soon as you arrive to the property. Villa has 5 modern bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are included in the bedrooms, also there is a wc. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen for any meal preparation as well as a luxurious dining area with a window viewing the emerald waters of the island. The living area is quite inviting in its warm colors and the screen TV. Theres free Wi-Fi access throughout the property. Outdoors, guests will find their private swimming pool and the sunbeds, everything designed in a minimal style. The surrounding area of the pool is pretty pleasant, as long as you gaze to this extraordinary view it will offer you peace. Also, you can enjoy the BBQ facilities and the modern sitting area.
Discover the true meaning of vacation while staying at the beautiful Hill & Sea View Villas. Kolympia is located half way between Rhodes town and Lindos. Guests will find Tsambika beach with its dreamy waters in the distance of a 5 minute drive. Kolymbia village is a peaceful place and surely youll find all your necessary urban conveniences such as super markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, and car rentals. You should visit Afantou beach, the cleanest beach of the island, which is only about a 10 minute drive away. Guests should not miss visiting Lindos which is about a half drive far from the Villa. Lindos Acropolis is the most breathtaking archaeological site of Rhodes and has the most idyllic beaches. Also, visitors should explore the Old Town of Rhodes, a UNESCO World Heritage, in a distance of about a half hour drive away from the villa. The airport is located a half hour drive away.

o From 01/11 to 31/03: 4EUR per night

Traumvilla mit Meerblick

Wir waren mit unserer Familie (8 Personen / Alter 27-60) In dieser absolut schönen Villa. Man hat hier wirklich alles für einen Traumurlaub. Mit 5 Schlafzimmer in verschiedenen Größen und 4 Badezimmer ist die Villa sehr geräumig. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Abends läuft man ca. 1,5 km in einen kleinen Ort in dem man in verschiedenen Restaurants sehr gut und Preiswert essen kann. Der Vermieter (Mr. John) ist super nett und überaus Hilfsbereit in allem was man benötigt! Er kümmert sich wirklich sofort um alles!! Vielen Dank für 1 Woche Traumurlaub in dieser Villa. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen!

Just returned 07/08/20 from a great 2 week stay at the Hill & Sea View villa (7 Adults & 2 children). Villa was clean & was well stocked with equipment. Owner was attentive throughout the stay without being intrusive. Air conditioning worked very well, pool was cleaned twice per week. The only issues experienced & these were minor, was that the drive / entrance to the property did not have a gate & therefore not secure with the children running around, we also had cars coming down the drive when lost. The other thing was that although there were plenty of bathrooms / ensuites, there was only 2 showers, these both being located within the ensuites (1 at ground floor & 1 on the 1st); as we were all family this wasn't an issue for us. In all, the villa & holiday were great & we would definitely we happy to return.

Fantastic modern Villa with great views

This property was very clean and modern did not disappoint was very beautiful. Very quiet and secluded do need a car to travel places. The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Great size villa would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Gloednieuwe woning van alle gemakken voorzien

Buitengewoon vriendelijke ontvangst door eigenaar. Er ontbraken enkele zaken zoals een blikopener en kussens voor de ligbedden maar de eigenaar vulde alles op tijd aan. De woning was piekfijn in orde en alles werkte naar behoren. De eigenaar was altijd bereikbaar (per sms) of reageerde binnen het uur!
