Beautiful pool area, beach bar and location on the beach were great. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. Good range of food and the A la carte restaurants were excellent but many of the hot food options were only luke warm in the main self service restaurant which was disappointing.

Lovely family friendly place with friendly staff. The highlights are the gorgeous pool that connects to the beach bar and beach. Tons of activities during the day and night. Staff is super friendly. Can’t wait to come back and stay at Dama Dama again.

This place is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is great. The bus stop is right out front and will take you around for a few euros. The only thing is our WiFi in our room didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed during our 4 night stay.

The staff were generally very attentive and the property was very clean throughout our stay. Have only given 3 stars as the vegetarian options at the buffet were aleays cold and despite telling the staff about this, nothing changed. We also asked for our meals at the a la carte restaurants to be booked for 7pm as had a 10 month old with us who needed to be put to bed at 8.30pm every night. So were i cresivky disappointed when told on our penultimate night that the greek a la carte had been booked for 8.30pm. Obviously we wouldnt have requested this time, so were disappointed when they told us that we had and couldnt accommodate us at any other time, meani g that another cold dinner at the buffet jad to be endured. Please also note that the 'mountain view' rooms actually overlook a busy road, so would be better asvertised as 'road view'

It was close to nearby shops and had its own shop as well that sold most items for tourists. Meals in the main restaurant were reasonable but not 5* Reception staff were slow at check in, I was offered rooms close together, as requested, then told I would have to pay another 300 Euros for one night! Our initial meet and greet young lady was very good

The hotel was fabulous. My children all said it was the best hotel they’ve ever been to. Pool Is amazing, food options were great. My daughter is a coeliac and they were so kind with preparing food for her specially. She didn’t feel sick at all which means it must have been ok. Bungalow was great, yes the pool sun loungers are limited but one always came available. Music at the beach bar went on until past midnight which was ok but if you’re a lighter sleeper with young children maybe ask for a room away. Otherwise we have really had a wonderful time. Staff are lovely and very kind. 👍

Amazing hotel and incredible staff! This was my first family holiday and the staff were really friendly and accommodating from beginning till the end. I made a mistake with my room bid by selecting an automatic upgrade. We got to check in and because I wasn’t informed that the bid had been accepted I thought it hadn’t gone through. The staff kindly explained the situation and rather than make a big fuss they allowed us to upgrade for free!! The facilities in the hotel are amazing and the bar staff (where I spent most of my time lol) are really courteous. By the end of it they knew me by name and the holiday felt wholesome! The property is well thought out with all facilities close by but also far enough from each other to feel separated. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff friendly from the off. Welcome drinks and snacks greatly appreciated after traveling. The room is very spacious with good facilities. Beds are comfy - the pillows were not to my preference but I’m fussy so not a major issue. The food options are varied with lots of fresh local foods as well as international options. Service across all meals is excellent. The beach is well maintained, plenty of sun beds and close to the bar and toilets. The sea is perfect for snorkeling. The info on activities is readily available and we took part in several trips. The bus routes are easy to access, cheap and quick. The bus stop signage/info isn’t great and the bus website not easy to use but reception helped us out here. Staff were always friendly and never failed to greet us hello and goodbye. Evening entertainment is varied and atmosphere is good. Thanks to everyone for a great stay.

We had a pleasant stay. The room was fine although beds are quite uncomfortable/soft. The food was ok although it would be preferred if there was more vegetarian options (especially on the beach bar). Pool - although beautiful on the photos, very dirty in reality so we didn’t even use it. The following staff made our stay memorable - Klevis, Despina, Martina, Panagiota!

The staff at the hotel were amazingly kind & helpful. We had a bungalow room which was a stones throw from the beach and pool with a lovely terrace. Sun beds a plenty on the beach where we spent most of our days. Beach bar was great too.

Lovely staff but an extremely dated hotel. The entrance and lobby area and main dining hall has no atmosphere and needs a major refurbishment. It’s a 3-4 star hotel at best. We had a lot of complaints when we first arrived like delayed check in, lack of pool towels, broken down water slides and even though the staff were apologetic it really dampened our stay. We have been to a few other Grecotels and this was by far the most disappointing.
