Almond villa, situated in the area of Ixia, offers a lovely private swimming pool and an easy access to the nearest beach, only a 5 minute drive away. The 4-bedroom modern villa has 3 double bedded rooms and 1 room with 2 single beds. Two of the double bedded rooms feature en-suite bathrooms with bathtub; one of them includes hydro massage for the maximum relaxation and a sense of luxury. On the ground floor there is another bathroom including shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for any meal preparation of its visitors’ desire. The spacious living room with its elegant decorative approach is quite pleasant and cozy. Also, the villa offers a flat screen and a free Wi-Fi access. The outdoor space of the property is the center of attention. The architecture of the entrance surely catches the eye but the private pool with its stylish sunbeds, meets every expectation of the ideal place to relax under the Aegean sun. Outdoor sitting areas include the deck, the peaceful private garden, and on the second floor a wonderful balcony with a view to the green surrounding area.Our house is perfect for families or couples who will respect both the property and the neighbors, as the villa is situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Groups looking to party are not welcome.
