"We had a great stay in this unique property. On entering our breathe was taken away by the beautiful mezzanine and amazing Christmas tree!. The house was clean and warm and very welcoming.We were 9 adults and the house was great for us. Bedrooms were spacious, with enough bathrooms between us,. Lounge area was great and we spent time together playing games and watching films here. The kitchen table was a tight squeeze for 9, but we managed, and if you didn't want to sit together there was additional space at the kitchen breakfast bar and another table seating 4 in the lounge area. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of plates and dishes and cutlery which was appreciated. There were also plenty of sundries like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen and toilet rolls too.We stayed in winter so didn't use the garden, but it looked lovely and the balcony areas would be great in Summer with the sound of the river at the back of the house.There was ample parking for 4 cars with no issues.The host was excellent, with great communication prior to and during our stay.I would definitely recommend this property."

"We had the most wonderful family getaway, and what a fantastic house, it was perfect for two adults and two kids visiting. We explored lots of Wales includingTenby, Swansea and the Mubbles and much more! The house was super super clean, beds were made and clean sheets, the property has a wonderful garden, I'd imagine in the summer months would be great. Communication with the owner was easy. I thoroughly recommend this property to any family or couples wanting a nice comfortable base to explore Wales, and somewhere to relax after a long day! We will visit again!"

"We had the best time celebrating my 30th with friends and family in the Yns arms. The pictures don't do it justice, this place is completely unique with so much to do to keep everyone entertained. We stayed for a bank holiday weekend and were blessed with amazing weather which only added to the experience. Plenty of space and bathrooms and the cleanliness of the property was to a high quality. Nicky was amazing and so helpful and we are already looking to return at some point, thank you!"
