"The hotel is in a good location, unfortunately we only had our room cleaned once while staying four nights. The room was always pretty warm, I also requested to switch rooms because we had a door that had access to another room but they denied my request saying that they didn’t have any more rooms. We were awakened by the next door guest alarm every morning and snooze at least twice. For the price you are paying for this hotel, you should get better service. The swimming pool was dirty. I won’t recommend this hotel, look for another place."

"I had an unexpected trip out to Cincinnati because my elderly mother went to a trip and got sick and I had to fly out to get her. I took her to stay at this hotel for a day and a half while we waited for our flight to fly out, she rested recuperated and we went downstairs to the restaurant whenever we needed to eat it was absolutely lovely. It was a beautiful place to stay and we were so grateful for how kind and caring everyone on the staff was."

"When I arrived, it became very clear that this was in an unsafe neighborhood. There was trash on the streets, boards on nearby windows, and people loitering on the corners. I did not feel safe, walking in, or parking my car on the street.The host did not message me instructions until just a few minutes before check-in, so I was very anxious about what I was looking for, and how to get in.When I got into the unit, I noticed a broken bench in the bedroom, a broken chair in the office area, the TV stand was chipped away yet, and there was a TV mount on the wall, with no TV on it. There were a couple of stains on the walls, and a pair of men’s pajama pants left in the closet. There was a dirty pan left in the oven, which was the only one available to use for baking food.My friend who was supposed to stay did not even go into the apartment once they saw what part of town it was in. Around 7:30 PM someone got arrested right outside of the window, and I realize that I did not want to stay the night there. I contacted VRBO as well as the host about this matter, and the host downplay my concerns, calling the broken furniture, antique, and the area “up and coming.” This rental is neither safe, clean, nor comfortable."

"First impression was a little iffy based off the block. It’s obviously going through a gentrification process, which can go both ways. It’s only a block or two from what feels more like a safer side of OTR. After a few trips in and out we felt much better and loved how close we were to things walking distance. Always highly recommend The Eagle but Vintage was a very enjoyable brunch spot with tvs and open windows. The bed was good, tv was slow, gotta be real patient with that remote. We appreciated the sound machine. I wouldn’t say it’s well furnished. We found ourselves moving some tables and mirrors around to try to get ready for the day and find outlets. I will say it has potential. Throw some rugs, art, and furniture around and it could feel more homey. Keep in mind you have to walk up multiple flights of stairs. They are narrow and steep but not a big deal for us, personally. We parked right next door in the lot and paid the 25. Last note; I wouldn’t come here planning to cook a big meal. There is limited counter space. It worked fine for heating up some pizza or cutting some fruit lol. The stove looks nice but can’t imagine using it without any counters. All in all, we would stay here again based on location and price. Thanks for having us."
