"Great"

"We were very happy with our rooms. They were clean, and provided a quiet night for rest. Breakfast was very good. We especially like the two waffle makers the waffle mix and condiments were very good. Our only comment was there were no grits, which southerners like. Oatmeal, omelets, hash browns sausage were very good. We will continue to use Hampton Inn for travel. "

"The best thing about this property was the very friendly & helpful staff, Sri, was amazing, and made my stay even better. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the coffee in the morning was really good. This property has some age on it, and needs a lot of cosmetic work, but very everything was pretty clean. The location was excellent, and it is very quiet."

"Parking was kind of odd and you had to kinda guess which way to go other than under the registration canopy. For the price, the room was adequate and the area quiet and the side parking lot well lit. Beds were a little soft for me....but okay. Breakfast was pretty much the standard when a breakfast is provided....scramble eggs, sausage, yogurt, bagels, waffles, juice and sugar packets etc. were well stocked. Coffee was really good!"

"Tucked away behind Sherwin Williams sits a hotel in need of a lot of TLC. We pulled into the lot and there was a massive sign of the building that had fallen into the lot. There were people sitting in lawn chairs outside the hotel smoking. One of which was the hotel clerk who approached our car in a hoodie and jeans (no uniform) and asked us to move our vehicle as we were parked in the GM’s spot. As we pulled out, a lady in a vehicle swerved past cursing and eventually pulled into that spot with her kids. When we walked into the lobby, the smell of marijuana was potent. To the right was a pool area and a small lobby where the flooring had been pulled up and temporarily replaced with cardboard. Though the clerk was pleasant, he took entirely too long with my credit card and license (about 10 min) then proceeded to give us a room midway down the hall. The room was very dimly lit and overlooked a parking lot that had a tiny grill and basketball goal. The furniture in the room was all banged up and looked like things purchased from the goodwill from 1990. There was an adjoining room door that was busted (wouldn’t lock) and had duct tape like it had previously been broken into. We opened it and easily gained access into the room next door. And the room’s door was wide open leaving access to our room easily obtainable as well. After this we left and found vacancy elsewhere. The clerk could not be reached for refunding after numerous attempts."
