"Had a wonderful week in Andelot-Blancheville. We were met by Bernadette and taken through the property and shown where everything was. It is a charming house very much in the French style but has great modern extras, the fantastic HEATED swimming pool being the highlight. We had a large clean gas bbq too which was great. The downstairs bathroom is a little dated but was clean and practical. The upstairs shower room is modern. The only downside was the flies (which is out of everyone's control)...

"Really nice and friendly hosts, good oldfashioned house and cold pool inside about 1 metre deep. All is clean and beds made up. Kitchen with all equipment and washing machine in bathroom. 1 toilet upstairs. Small village in remote area, you always need the car. Closest supermarket is 25 minutes of drive. Hosts speak French only. Overall we had a good stay for 2 weeks!"

"Michel, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und das ganze Haus ist wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir waren eine Gruppe von sechs erwachsenen Freunden über den Jahreswechsel. Für unsere Bedürfnisse (3 getrennte Schlafzimmer, großer Esstisch, große Sofaecke, Heizung im Winter) war es optimal. Für einen Urlaub im Winter sollte man wissen, dass die Region eher auf Sommertourismus ausgelegt ist und viele Museen, Schwimmbäder etc. geschlossen sind. Gutes Essen,...

"Accueil de notre hôte très sympathique. Elle nous a conseillé sur les environs. De plus, sachant que c était mon anniversaire, une gentille attention m attendait. Quand au gite, tout était parfait. Le logement entièrement équipé, la literie très confortable et le point d orgue, la piscine intérieure privative où nous avons passé des heures de détente delicieuses dans une eau à plus de 30°. "The staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Though I had booked a double room I was given two singles but, only because the key given was incorrect ( easy to confuse a 6 & 9!) but it was no issue for me, I should have questioned it but with two dogs in hand easier to just settle in the first room! We were late yet they still gave us a table in the restaurant, and OMG the food was amazing. Next day breakfast delicious, loads of home made pastries etc, the croissant and jam particularly 😋. A wonderful hotel, lovely town with lovely walks for the dogs. "
