    Svala Apartments consists of eight beautiful apartments on 3 floors, located on Laugavegur, Reykjavík’s main shopping street. All the apartments are modern and have everything you might need to make your stay luxurious and comfortable.

    The Space:
    Svala Apartments offer two studio apartments. These beautiful and bright studio apartments offer luxury and comfort. They feature a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a shower. The apartment is 32 square meters and sleeps 2 persons in two single beds (can be arranged together to create a double bed setup). Bed linens and towels are included.

    Guest Access:
    Check in at your own convenience with our simple self-check-in process. Check-in details will be sent via email before arrival, and support is available 24/7 if needed.

    The Neighborhood:
    Located on the main shopping street, the apartments are close by to every attraction of Downtown Reykjavik including the Rainbow street, the famous Hallgrímskirkja Church, not far from the Harbour.

We enjoyed our stay at Svala Apartments for these reasons:1. the Flybus drop off is nearby, only about 1 to 2 blocks from the apartment so that is very convenient.2. The location is in the heart of the tourist area with easy walks everywhere.3. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.4. The host replied quickly to all our questions5. The service was excellent.We have no hesitations to recommend it.
