The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. The views, spa and events were also faultless. It's the best hotel we have stayed in and definitely nudging 5 star in our opinion. Well done. Keep up the good work. We don't often revisit as the world is a big place but highly recommend anyone who wants some peace and quiet, good food and enjoys nature, stunning scenery and relaxation. The only thing to remember is your Google translate for the menus and signage which is in German including the spa where the tradition is to use towels only "

"We loved our stay at this beautiful quaint hotel in Pinswang, Austria!There were 4 of us so we got a quad room that slept four. It was very clean and it had everything we needed. The only downside is we got in late and had to be up early to go to Neuschwanstein Castle. It is close to the castles, about a 15 minute drive. They were wonderful to work with and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. I hope to come back some time soon! Thank you for a pleasant experience!"
