"We had an amazing stay at Château d’Étoges. The castle is beautiful, full of history, and surrounded by peaceful gardens. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a great selection. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect place to experience the French countryside. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the excellent Champagne selection. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and memorable stay in Champagne!"

"No headboard behind the bed. If you sat on the bed there were wall lamps and electrical outlets right where your head would rest. 1 uncomfortable chair in the room, so no place to sit that was comfortable. Mini fridge on the floor so you had to kneel on the floor to access it. Bath okay. We had a deck that had a good view. Bed was comfortable. Would not recommend."

"Château de Fère is set in an extraordinary location, and the setting alone makes it well worth a stop. The historic château and its grounds have a real sense of grandeur that is difficult to find elsewhere. The hotel itself is a little tired in places, but everything is perfectly functional. In many ways, that adds to its character and authenticity, rather than feeling like another polished but generic five star chain hotel. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return."

"Fue una experiencia muy buena, Esteban el concierge desde antes del viaje me dio muy buen acompañamiento, me ayudó con la reserva para el viñedo y con las cenas. Fue una grata experiencia, la comida del hotel espectacular y el menú de tiempos del restaurante un 100. El desayuno de lujo. Todo me gustó muchísimo, volvería."

"We stayed here for two nights on our way to Provence. We chose this hotel specifically because of its location just off Avenue de Champagne, thus enabling us to walk to the champagne tasting we had booked. It has no restaurant on site but is only about a 15 minutes walk from the centre of town & a number of restaurants/bars and a 7 minute drive from one of the Champagne Museums. The room was clean & comfortable but would have benefited from the provision of a kettle & some cups. The staff were pleasant & helpful and were happy for us to leave our car in the car park whilst we went for lunch on the day we checked out."
