We always stay here and everyone is always very nice .

Nice Hotel, in a good off strip location. the Hotel is only 6 months old and still has unopened bits but this didn't impact our stay. We had great 2 bed room apartment, though needs a few final finishing touches, eg grab handles for getting in/out of the bath. The electronic entry system is a bit hit and miss. Staff are great and always helpful. Check room descriptions carefully maybe with the hotel directly as our 2 bathrooms turned out to be 1.5 bathrooms.

I like the Rio but the Automation systems are terrible and I asked for Room service two days and that was not easy. Why do I have to chase down someone to clean the room when it should be in price. You try to get someone and you get AI. Use people

The Staff were all so friendly & welcoming. The Concierge Staff were fantastic! Let Hotel staff know the phones in room were hard to figure out. Trouble w/ ppl in next Room, as their son opened the adjoining door & banged on door at 6 am in the morning. Requested room change, took awhile. But, finally got new room.
