"Great apartment for our visit to Nürburgring. there was 2 adults and 1 child. It is about 10 mins drive to the viewing at Brunchen. and less than 15 minutes across a lovely road to Adenau. This is a quiet village without shops etc - this suited us. Very quiet location. The apartment mezzanine level has very low headroom, this was OK as the younger ones slept up top and older downstairs. Finding the actual apartment was not easy, a neighbour helped us. "Very nice, family run hotel. The included breakfast was really good and provided a great start to our day in Cochem. I forgot a small power adapter upon check-out and the owners were fantastic helping me get it back the next morning. Even offered another charger in its place before it was located. It's always a pleasant surprise when the communication with a hotel is so easy and direct. Would highly recommend Hotel Zehnthof."

"The room was well appointed. I wish the air conditioning went a little cooler, but that was a common issue in Germany (not specific to this hotel). The room was very clean. The hotel offers an expensive laundry service, where they charge per article of clothing. We were traveling for a couple of weeks and needed to do a load of laundry so this was not an appropriate option for us. I wish they had self service laundry. The closest laundromat was almost an hour away."

"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."
