The living/dining room has a seating area, dining table, flat-screen TV and air conditioning, while a double bedroom and shower room complete this level. The first floor provides two further bedrooms, including one with two single beds and a double bed, plus two bathrooms with showers and a bathtub with a shower.

The second floor offers another bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, together with its own shower room, while air conditioning provides added comfort. Downstairs, the basement adds a second living/dining area and a dedicated playroom with a billiards table. This layout gives guests plenty of space to spend time together or enjoy quieter moments.

Outside, the private terrace and garden create a pleasant setting for enjoying the sunshine, with garden furniture, deckchairs and a parasol provided. Garden doors connect the interior with the outdoor space, while the private pool offers a refreshing place to unwind during the warmer months.
