Such a lovely little hidden gem in a stunning beach front setting. The staff make this place, they're all so friendly and accommodating. And the food from their taverna was absolutely amazing, a beautiful spot to watch the sun set over the ocean horizon. The room was a little basic, but was clean, well presented and had everything you'd need, and just a 20 second stroll to the beach too. Highly recommend Corali Beach!

Struttura semplice, camere basic ma con tutti i confort per un buon soggiorno, apprezzato soprattutto il fatto di essere sul mare, una magnifica terrazza sotto le stelle! La conduzione è famigliare, tutto il personale è fantastico, Veronica e Manolis sono due persone squisite, disponibili e cortesi, fanno di tutto per metterti a proprio agio e non farti mancare nulla. La spiaggia è ben attrezzata con lettini, ombrelloni e gazebo, a richiesta i teli mare, un pò piccola ma accogliente anche la piscina, ma con un mare così la piscina passa in secondo piano! Il menù all inclusive è ben fornito, ottima cucina. Che dire, nulla contro, tutto a favore, ci torneremo :-))

Rolig og deilig hotell

Helt topp hotell med deilig basseng og strandområde. De som driver ved hotellet fikk oss til å føle oss virkelig som hjemme, med store smil og latter, flotte personligheter og god service innstilling. På hele reisen vår er det disse menneskene vi kommer til å huske best og savne mest. Dette hotellet tilbyr all-inclusive, men ettersom vi gjerne vil prøve forskjellige spisesteder tok vi ikke dette. Likevel spiste vi de fleste måltider ved hotellet, ettersom området rundt hotellet er ganske rolig. Men hotellet hadde deilig á la carte meny, med masse gode lokale retter, og et knallbra kjøkken. På den siste kvelden vår fikk vi tilogmed bestilt hummer, med en lokal vin. Strandområdet var helt fantastisk, med varierte solsenger og servering av drinker. Ved stranda kunne man bade både fra stranda og fra fjell.

Hôtel bien situé ,petit déjeuner sympa en front de mer .Personnel attentif aux besoins du check in au départ . Chambre vetuste ,lit de qualité moyenne et oreillers inconfortables . SDB très petite et douche pas très propre .Plomberie bruyante (chasse d'eau Wc HS et douche un coup froide puis chaude ,sans pression )porte fenetre très dure à ouvrir et TV plus petite que mon écran de PC..Sans compter que vous ne dormirez pas avant que l hôtel d à côté n ai fini sa soirée très bruyante ,ce jusqu'à 23h Au global ,le personnel et le petit dej devant la mer relève la note générale

Struttura datata ma tutto sommato ben conservata. A gestione famigliare e questo è un punto di forza. Hotel situato in prima linea sulla spiaggia, a due passi da un piccolo supermarket. Nelle immediate vicinanze si trova una fermata dell'autobus per le principali località e vi sono anche agenzia di nolo auto. Le camere sono spartane ma comunque adeguate per l'utilizzo e, cosa non da poco, pulite. Ho utilizzato la formula all inclusive e devo dive, che il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente ottimo. Struttura da consigliare e da utilizzare per chi vuole visitare la parte centrale/occidentale dell'isola. Cucina tipica greca buona e con piatti abbondanti. Personale cordiale e disponibile.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per una settimana. Dopo i piccoli problemi iniziali riguardanti la camera tutto é andato per il meglio. Ci hanno dato una camera migliore e si sono dimostrati molto attenti alle nostre esigenze. Il cibo é abbastanza buono. La posizione bella di fronte al mare. Dista 1 ora dall’aeroporto. Il personale é gentile e cortese. La pulizia delle camere buona. Nonostante tutto lo consiglio.

Excellent choice for family on Crete

Corali Beach Hotel is right on the beach, with its own chairs and umbrellas, and a restaurant overlooking the beach. There is also a nice pool. Our room was small, but we were rarely in it. The "all inclusive" option is well worthwhile: Three meals per day, snacks, ice creams, soft drinks, wine and beer, and use of the chairs and umbrellas.

Une nuit seulement pour une escale très sympa

Halte d'une seule nuit avec une arrivée à 2h du matin. Le personnel nous avait préparé un sandwich et des beignets, tout cela posé sur le frigo de la chambre, un super geste, encore merci. Petit déjeuner très agréable au bord de la piscine. Préférer séjourner avec vue sur la mer.

Ottimo in tutto. Posizione comoda, spiaggia bellissima, piscina piccola ma ben curata, stanze pulite, ristorante ottimo a prezzi onesti, staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile! Absolutely no complaint! The service and hospitality were impeccable. This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed at and if I ever find myself in Crete again, I will be booking with them. I suggest anyone looking to indulge in the culture more so the tourist side of vacation, stay here.

Excellent location close to the beach.

The staff at this family run hotel were really lovely. We were given their own home produced olive oil which was a much appreciated gesture. We were disappointed with the room: some sockets were not fixed into walls and several times the water stopped. This was especially inconvenient when I was in the middle of taking a shower! There was a fridge in the room which was great for keeping our water bottles nice and cold. The air conditioning worked well but the room was very small and cramped. The beach towels were not changed during our 2 week stay and no one prompted us about this. We got the impression that staff were overworked. We were disappointed that we had to pay 2.50 euros for our sun loungers on the beach, I think this should have been included in the overall price.

Hotel familial, bien placé,les pieds dans l'eau.Chambre sommaire, mais propre.personnel tres sympa,sauf un des serveurs qui est rustre.On y mange tres bien, bravo aux cuisinières, tres copieux,idem pour les petits dej. Piscine de bonne taille et propre, transats et parasols,rien ne manque.Plage a 50m, id pour transats et parasols..Hotel climatisé, wifi. Pas de gardien la nuit, en cas de problème, il faut appeler un portable, et le propriétaire se déplace...un peu surprenant pour la sécu. Pour le reste rapport, qualité prix rien a dire.Proximité rethymnon 13kms.pas d'animations le soir.Et rien au alentours de l'hotel pour se distraire.

In riva al mare...

Buona struttura di piccole dimensioni all'estremità occidentale della spiaggia di Skaleta, con ristorante che serve buon cibo Greco (ma anche alcuni piatti internazionali), ottimi standard di pulizia delle camere (la nostra doppia, piccolina e con servizi igienici agé☺, ma con un comodo balcone) e buoni servizi a mare (consigliati i grandi ombrelloni sul prato fra piscina e spiaggia, specialmente se non arrivate già abbronzati☺, attrezzato con comodi lettini e sedie da regista), parcheggio privato. Se vi piace fare snorkelling, vi consiglio oltre al tratto di mare di fronte all'albergo (avvistata in acqua grossa tarta☺), anche l'estremità orientale della spiaggia dove si possono vedere dei ruderi sott'acqua. La sera nei dintorni non c'è molto da fare/vedere, data l'esclusiva presenza di hotel e ristoranti: è meglio quindi avere un'auto (noleggiabile anche sul posto) per andare ad es. a Panormo, Rethymno o Balì, così da utilizzarla anche per fare escursioni se restate più di qualche giorno.

Close to beach

The bed was less comfortable than sleeping on a slab of concrete. Air con unit leaked, bathroom needed to be refurbished. The restaurant serves mainly freezer food. I was given sea food that was uncooked in the middle though this was knocked off of my bill. The one item of fresh fish was ok (my girlfriend made me say that!). Turn down service of the rooms was good, we had fresh towels regularly. The best thing about the hotel is that the restaurant is not even 20 meters from the rooms and it sits directly on the beach front. You don't have to pay for the loungers and the beach is relatively clean. Whilst we were there I watched as a few conservation people helped newly hatched turtles find there way to the sea which was nice. Most of the trips you can take via coach are from the bus stop that is about a 5 minuet walk away from the rooms. Rethymnon is about 30 minutes away via bus and is a beautiful town that has loads of good restaurants.

A Pleasant Surprise

I booked here last minute. I didn't know anything about Crete. The hotel is equidistant from either Chania or Heraklion. I rented a car for a week for 198 Euros. Cab fare would have been 95 E one-way. So, the hotel is a modest, family-run operation. It isn't a huge mega-hotel with bass-thumpin', pool-side discos. If that's what your're looking for, look elsewhere. Corali Beach is also inexpensive, relaxing, and family-friendly. The food ( tip: book all-inclusive) was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety and the flavors. The portions were generous. There was free beer, free red wine and free ouzo for the grown-ups, and free ice cream for the kiddies. Corali Beach is directly on the beach, just seven steps down from the terrace. The beach long, not very broad; and the water was clear and clean. Hotel guests can enjoy chaise lounge beach chairs and umbrellas at no extra cost. When I checked out, the owner gave me a present! I was humbled. A bottle of extra virgin olive oil produced on his family farm. The same farm, I learned, also produces the aforementioned red wine and ouzo. I thoroughly liked this place. The staff speak German and English in addition to their native Greek.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Empfang war weniger komform, da nicht einmal die Buchung wahr genommen wurde. Glücklicher Weise wurde dann doch das Zimmer frei gegeben, welches tatsächlich auf der Reservierung angezeigt war. Es wurde überhaupt nichts gezeigt oder darüber infirmiert was in der Nähe ist. Als Beispiel Für eine Übernachtung war das letztendlich in Ordnung.

Great breakfast & beach in this family hotel

Lovely people and location. Quiet and family oriented. Excellent big breakfast and nice sandy private beach with chairs and umbrellas. Rooms could use updating and you need a car.
