Highlighting the relaxing six-seater heated spa whirlpool, allowing ultimate comfort. Accommodating up to 15 guests, this haven seamlessly blends style, relaxation, and luxury.

External Living | Expansive Outdoor Sanctuary, BBQ & six-seater heated Spa Whirlpool
Set within an impressive 4000m2 estate, Aelia Residence offers an expansive 850m² lawn area, ideal for families and unique gatherings. This unique home allows guests to relax while cherishing mesmerising views and unforgettable sunsets. Revel in the private heated (with extra fee) 100m² swimming pool with a depth of 1.50 meters, embellished with a 10m² children’s pool (0.5m deep) for family-friendly enjoyment. Unwind on luxury sun loungers, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and enjoy alfresco dining at the fully equipped BBQ area, with glass doors & remote-controlled cover. There is a HDTV 60", and a fully equipped-kitchen with a gas grill, refrigerator, oven & dishwasher. A six-seater heated spa whirlpool invites guests to indulge in open-air relaxation also featuring aromatherapy, phototherapy & waterfall. There is also a bathroom with shower cabin & WC next to the spa whirlpool. *The whole outdoor area is fenced and has a private entrance, offering 100% privacy to our guests.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:
- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 100 €/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available



Internal Living | Beds & Baths
Upon entering Aelia Residence, you are welcomed by a spacious, neutral-toned living area that exudes warmth and sophistication. This main living space includes a cozy open fireplace and a 50” flat-screen TV, creating the perfect ambiance for relaxation. Enjoy sophisticated culinary moments with your loved ones with a warm, inviting meal in the kitchen and relax by the dining area for memorable family meals. The villa is designed to host up to 15 guests total - 12 in real beds, two in sofa beds (located one in each bedroom of the lower floor), and one additional guest can sleep on the home cinema sofa. All bedrooms in all floors feature a 32’ TV, each.

Aside from comfy beds and premium design, the lower level of Aelia Residence is designed to offer both entertainment and wellness experiences. A Home Cinema, complete with a Blu-ray sound system ( dolby surround system, a 65” HDTV) and a PlayStation 4 (games included). This area offers a comfortable sofa for an additional guest • Chevillotte pool table • Wellness area with dedicated Massage room and Sauna (up to three guests) • Equipped Gym (treadmill, elliptical machine, weights, and a multi-station setup) • Recreation area/ playroom for children • Shared shower with separate WC.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping service with fresh towels and linen changes every four days (included for stays of 6 nights and above) • Pool and garden maintenance twice per week • Baby cot, high chair, stair gates, plastic (non-breakable) children plates, and cups are available upon request.
