"We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very comfortable and clean. We didn’t have a car and the free shuttle doesn’t go out that far. So we had to use a taxi to go anywhere. "
"The lodge itself is very charming — the cabins have that cozy, rustic feel and the setting along the road to Exit Glacier is beautiful. It really feels like a peaceful getaway in the woods.
Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by how thin the walls are. We could hear absolutely everything going on in the cabin next door, and let’s just say it was not the kind of “wilderness sounds” we were hoping for. It made it very hard to get any sleep with all the noise and excitement coming through the walls.
Overall, it’s a cute place in a great location, but soundproofing is a serious issue. Be prepared — you may end up hearing more than just the glacier river running by."
"We cannot wait to return to the quaint tiny homes in Seward! Not only were the hosts so welcoming and kind, the cleanliness was top notch, the attention to cute details in the home, the amenities, bathroom, and design were simply beautiful! The layout was perfect, and I loved the fact that there were natural soaps, a beautiful shower, and absolutely comfortable bed. There are multiple tiny homes together making this property perfect for a Group! This is one of my favorite VRBOs that I’ve ever stayed at…so clean and sleek! Seward has such beautiful views and the 8 hour Kenai Fjord Wildlife Cruise is a must! "
