"In 20 Jahren Reisen mit Ferienwohnungen und Apartments wurde mir noch nie der Wasserverbrauch und Stromverbrauch abgelesen in Rechnung gestellt. Auch Bettwäsche gehört für mich in den Mietpreis einkalkuliert. Diese Erfahrung hat die eigentlich schöne Unterkunft völlig vereinnahmt und kaputt gemacht. Bei unserem gesamten Aufenthalt wurden ununterbrochen Scherze gemacht wer jetzt von was wie viel verbraucht hat. Absolut unnötig und wie gesagt so noch nie erlebt oder gehört."

"Grundsätzlich haben wir eine schöne Zeit hier verbracht. Die Wohnung war sehr warm (Fußbodenheizung), diese haben wir dann ausgeschaltet und es war trotzdem ausreichend. Ansonsten ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Insgesamt ist das Haus ziemlich hellhörig. Sauberkeit liess noch Wünsche offen. Die Abrechnung von Wasser und Strom wurde sehr großzügig zu Gunsten des Vermieters abgerechnet. (Unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen Marktpreise) Trotz dessen können wir den Schlosspark Bad Saarow...
