"The property is located in a good location. Close to cafes and supermarket. It's just 2 blocks from the plaza armas. And very close to the waterfront as well. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed my brief stay here."

"Great place to stay. Great staff. Delicious dinner and breakfast. Only caveat is at the moment (26 September 26) the hotel is adding a large extension to the building so there was a lot of building work noise till 6.30pm and it started again at 9am. Because of the noise it was difficult to relax."

"Had limited parking which required coordination but worked out. Didn't realize staff needed to meet you on arrival as the reception is not staffed all the time. It was fine but made for a bit chaotic check-in when it was not planned. The room was nice but we were in the front of the hotel and it was a bit loud from other guests coming and going at night. "

"The rooms were large and well equipped. The staff was friendly, helpful, and had excellent English. There is dinner available at the on site restaurant. It was both reasonably priced and delicious. Breakfast, included in the room rate, was also great. "
