"We checked in when there was a global computer problem so we could not get a room key so the staff escorted us everywhere untill the system was back on line aBout 4 hrs they were ever so nice .the lady that cleaned our room was amazing with such a eye for detail"

"Not the best Divan. Kinda feels like a 'Divan Express'.
Note for the seasoned traveler: Do not get 'Deluxe' room. Although the room is standard, the noise from the street is relentless and the soundproofing on the windows leaves a lot to be desired. The staff did accommodate us by putting us in the back in a standard room so we were able to sleep comfortably.
Area is ok only because of shopping mall across the street. This Divan is purely functional......"
