"Middle unit, directly above the pool. It is meant to be adults only, which is important given the lack of sound proofing. Unfortunately with the lack of sound proofing we could hear everything both in the communal pool area and the unit above and beside. We were lucky the noisy neighbours who chose to swim and carry on in the pool at 6am left the second day. Ironically there are instructions/rules printed and stuck all over the unit, but not restriction on pool hours!? Kitchen is basic, could use an update. Bathroom could also use an update. Bed was ok. Great ocean view, nice pool with a view and sunlounges. I wouldn’t say value for money, but it was nice being away from the noisy Airlie beach for a short stay over."
