As a hotel under the Hilton brand, I expected it to do the things u see in Hilton around the world. There were no doorman to help with luggage when I arrive nor was there anyone available to help me with luggage to take me to my room when I first checked in. Not that I needed the help necessarily but it’s the little things that count when u check in a luxury hotel....
