"Shower was stained and filthy, breakfast caused us to be sick and the photos of the pool area are deceptive. It shows a spa but there isn't one and the pool itself was filled with dead bugs and stained. Plus having to pay $10 a night for parking is criminal sice they won't even protect from theft.Not coming back "

"My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. The staff was wonderful. They gave us helpful advice about restaurants and things to see. They called me right away when they found my wallet, which I’d misplaced. The bed was very comfortable. I asked for a quiet room; they gave me a room on a high floor overlooking the interior courtyard. It’s walking distance to Pike’s Place, the ferry terminal, the space needle, and a light rail station connecting with everything including the #1 train to the airport and Amtrak. Lots of good restaurants nearby."

"We stayed over the weekend for two nights in a one bedroom suite. The room was nice, well appointed. The service was great and the hotel had nice amenities especially for a hotel over 100 years old. Fairmont never disappoints. "

"Overall our stay was amazing! We had a beautiful room with lots of natural light and a great view. Jamal, who checked us in, was very helpful throughout our stay, as was the rest of the staff we encountered. There was lots of on-site parking which was very easy to access and set up when checking in. Overall, wonderful experience!"

"I was surprised st the $15 a night parking fee. It was free last year when we stayed . 3 nights- $45 seems exorbitant But room was great. King studio was roomy. Bed was great. Full sized fridge and functional stovetop was super for a 3 night stay ."
