Welcome to the Comfy Condo!
Enjoy a peaceful stay just steps from the University & minutes to Downtown. This bright, clean second-floor condo (16 stairs, no elevator) features all brand-new furnishings, quartz counters, a smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a dedicated work area—perfect for business or study. Ideal for travelers seeking a restful, convenient home base centrally located to all things in Reno.
Featuring easy access with keyless entry and convenient self check-in.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO SMOKING. MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER.
Other things to Note:
1. When booking the condo with 2 or more guests please note: The condo has a 30 gallon Electric Hot Water Tank. If there are multiple guests, please try to limit your shower to 10 min or plan accordingly. It takes about an hour to fully heat the 30 gallon water heater when it runs out. Please plan ahead and try NOT to run the Dishwasher or Washer if you also plan to shower.
2. One active recording camera located by the front door which records video and audio. Located on the exterior of the property only. Guests should not tamper with the WIFI router or settings.
3. Starter pack of essentials will be provided for stays longer than 5 nights.
