"Staff was very welcoming. Honestly a real nice place, but housekeeping in the general casino would help. The dining options are limited, but that’s to be expected at a resort this size. I would still highly recommend staying here if you are looking for something a bit more casual and quiet."
"Very run down property, booked thru Expedia and there was a DOG BED in my room!! I'm allergic! Chose this location because of the parking on site that enabled me to park for a week and fly for cheap, would not stay here again even for the cheaper parking. They don't plow the parking area and I had to dig out my car when I returned! As for the parking, that was good, my car was not damaged or vandalized and the shuttle driver was nice, and prompt."
"got stranded in a snow storm, stayed here the second night after a very bad, and similar priced, experience at the Quality inn in Reno at the airport! pool was not open and parking was very far from the check in desk, but otherwise a great hotel, quiet and clean. I am not a gambler, which is good because i lost $20 in 5 cent slots in t minutes, ridiculous! Hotel had a great comedy show tho so it was all good!"
"When we check in, we ask for 2 queen bed then when we reach the room it's only 1 queen bed and I didn't bother to go to the front desk, the staff is grouchy not friendly. When we enter the room by the door on the floor there's is a lot of small particles i don't know what is it and they don't clean the room unless you request not like other hotel they clean everyday. Really disappointed not coming back"
