The place was clean and fairly well stocked except for pots to boil water or cook spaghetti, or vegetables. However since we decided not to cook there it was of no consequence for us. It was quiet. The location was superb for us. We went to Reno to see the Great Reno Balloon Races, and this was the absolutely perfect spot to view them. Also great views of Reno at night. Just had to walk down to the end of the block !! It made our stay perfect. It was also easy access to major connecting Blvds & highways. Lots of coffee, eating venues & casinos. Chris was very responsive to our questions and wanted us to have what we needed. Explanations for how to operate certain electronics or were not always clear. It would have been nice to have a “manual” of instructions on various items: door lock, TVs, air conditioners, washer/dryer, WiFi etc. Only one thing was troubling, that was the one bedroom air conditioner had to be plugged in the bathroom which generated a prominent tripping hazard. We ended up putting a rug over the cord. Good stay
