Damage deposit not returned.
I’m 58. There was zero damage and we left the apartment clean. No refund after 14 days. Property is fine -/ it is on the 7th floor and the lift only goes to 6. So be aware. Thee rest of the stay was excellent.

Excellent Apartment in a Great Location
We very much enjoyed our stay in Rennes. The apartment was well-sized, clean, and well-furnished, and was located just a block from Rennes's newest bus depot and train station. We recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Fabulous location to walk everywhere
We were met at the door for the key handover which was great. This apartment is well located very close to the railway station and within walking district of the old city of Rennes. We had a car as we were travelling around Brittany & Normandy so parking for free was a little tricky but we managed for our entire stay. The only draw back was the flight of steps from the lift which only went to the 6th floor up to the attic apartment. We would stay again

praktische, gut erreichbare Unterkunft
Insgeamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Allerdings haben wir ein wenig notgedrungen trotz zum Teil ungemütlichen Wetters relativ viel Zeit außerhalb der Wohnung verbracht, da diese für 4 Personen relativ beengt ist. Es gibt lediglich 2 Schlafzimmer und eine sehr kleine Küche. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, sich zu viert an einen Tisch zu setzen und bspw. gemeinsam zu essen. In der Küche ist zwar alles vorhanden, aber es gibt lediglich einen Satz Geschirr für 4 Personen. Absolut top ist die Lage in Bahnhofsnähe und mit einem kleinen hervorragenden Bäcker um die Ecke.

Bien placé mais quelques défauts dont toilettes sanibroyeur
Appartement fonctionnel mais sous les toits, pigeons compris et machinerie ascenseur proche d une des chambres Durant 1 semaine de location à plus de 500 euros en novembre, l agence veut faire visiter l appartement et malgré mon refus se pointe sous un autre prétexte (menus travaux mais ils n avaient qu à les faire hors de ma semaine) sans même un coup de fil avant et je me retrouve devant un gars qui a les clés au moment même où j'allais m absenter. Il serait rentré sans mon accord si j étais pas là ?!! Oui je pense. Bref le comportement de l agence laisse à désirer pour moi. Sinon ça allait et la ville est plutôt sympa
