Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 1 double sofa bed, 1 sofa bed and 2 queen-size beds (160×200)
- Two bathrooms with shower and bath
- Two separate WCs

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 75 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage of the house.
