With 3 different sleeping arrangements available, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.
Transport links :
Buses and the metro are less than 5 minutes' walk away. The nearest station is Sainte-Anne, just a few stops from Gares station (accessible in 5 minutes via the metro).
If you are coming by car, the Hoche car park (chargeable) is less than 5 minutes' walk away.

Le Moulin des Carmélites 1 Newly renovated apartment a block from St. Anne's Square in Rennes. Very clean with great amenities. Walkable to all of downtown Rennes, close to public transportation, and surrounded by restaurants, shops, and attractions. Easy to find and access, one flight of stairs to the apartment. No parking included, but description is clear about that; kitchen is a studio-sized kitchen, but well-stocked. I've rented a half-dozen places in Rennes in the past year - this is the best I've found, and the best deal.

Clean and airy. Loved windows in all rooms. Conveniently located to shops and metro We had 2 problems that were dealt with in a timely fashion. Comfortable beds and nice towels and bed linens.

Conciergerie accommodante pour un décalage checkout 11->14h in extremis
Quelques inconvénients plus ou moins importants :
- Un seul jeu de clés fourni (réponse négative de la conciergerie de fournir un 2ème jeu) pour un appartement loué avec 2 chambres doubles (donc potentiellement 2 à 4 adultes), c'est insuffisant.
- Impossible de faire le noir complet dans les chambres car volets intérieurs mal ajustés et pas de double rideaux dans les chambres - un vrai problème en juin quand il fait jour à 5h du matin
- Nuisance mineure dans la chambre sur cour : vue sur containers poubelles de l'immeuble mitoyen, nuisance sonore avec le couvercle reclaqué de manière bruyante par les habitants le matin, et pigeons qui nichent et roucoulent dans ce petit passage à l'écart (malgré les pics anti-pigeons un peu partout)"

La situation géographique est idéale, très centrale et en même temps un petit peu en dehors de la vie nocturne, le logement étant situé dans une impasse sans circulation.
Il est situé à environ 20O m à pieds du métro Sainte-Catherine. Rennes est une petite ville, on peut se déplacer très facilement pieds. (perso, pas de retour d'expérience sur les transports en commun ou le vélo, mais la ville est très bien pourvue).
J'ai eu d'excellents contacts avec l'agence, ils ont été très réactifs et ont répondu positivement à mes interrogations.
Cela ne se voit pas particulièrement sur les photos, mais le logements est bien équipé en volets.
C'est très propre, bien agencé, entretenu et fonctionnel. A noté cependant qu'il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle et que le frigo est petit et sans congélateur.
L'accès peut se faire en toute autonomie, les explications sont claires et simples à mettre en pratique.
Je recommande vivement."
