With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully fenced garden and complete amenities, it is a pleasant choice for guests looking for comfort, nature and a relaxing coastal stay.Living area: The spacious living room is tastefully decorated with beach-inspired details and has a warm holiday atmosphere. Guests can relax in the seating area by the atmospheric pellet stove or enjoy a quiet evening with the television.Entertainment: Games and books are available for relaxed evenings indoors or quality time together after a day outside.Dining area: The open layout creates a natural connection between the living room, dining area, and kitchen. From the dining area, guests have a direct view of the kitchen, making it easy to enjoy time together while preparing meals.Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, combi-microwave, Thermomix, Hot Stone and Raclette. For coffee, guests can choose between a filter coffee maker and a Senseo machine, while a kettle is available for tea.Bedrooms: The holiday home has three bedrooms. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with direct access to its own bathroom. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms: one with a 160x200 cm double bed and one with two 80x200 cm single beds. Arrival is possible daily, except on Sundays. Weekly rentals are required during holiday periods.Full payment is required in advance.Check-in starts at 4 p.m. On departure day, the house must be vacated by 9:30 a.m., and the key must be returned to the same location where it was collected.If a baby cot is provided, please bring your own bed linen, as it is not supplied.In most cases, bed linen and towels are included. Please check your booking to confirm if this applies.Any overnight guests must be registered in advance and can only stay with approval. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax will apply.Pets are not allowed.Groups of young people are not permitted.Business bookings are available upon request.
