"The staff member that checked me in (forgot her name but working at desk on 09/27 @11:30pm) was very friendly and accommodating. She walked outside with me to make sure I was parked in an area that was safe for my car and camper, she was quick to provide extra bedding, and made a call to her manager to double check that my vehicle was on camera. This is what I call great customer service. And all of this was done while she answered several calls and checked me into the system. Great multi tasked, communicator, and friendly through it all.
