"Room was big and spacious, clean, and room service was great. The morning breakfast was so good and hot as well as plentiful. I only wish that breakfast would end at 10am and not 9am. But this was an awesome experience for my family and I."

"The host did not ever send check in instructions, and did not respond to phone calls or messages from me or VRBO. This left us stranded in Columbia without a place to stay. After 2 days of no communication and no way of getting in to the property, the host ended up cancelling our stay and cited "guest ..."
