    We are 12 min from Rusk, TX where there’s Jim Hogg State Park and the Texas State Railroad.

    Jacksonville, TX is 15 minutes away.

    Henderson, TX is 30 minutes away.

    We are 35 minutes from the oldest town in Texas, Nacogdoches.

    We are 45 minutes from Tyler, TX

    Many people stay with us to hunt for deer and wild hogs on our land.

    Mud Creek is located two miles from the property; a fishing license is required.

Laneville stay

The house was immaculate, probably the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Very roomy, beds were comfortable. We could have used some instructions though such as WiFi password. The TV and coffee maker didn’t work and they need night stands by the beds. Since we didn’t want anyone coming in because of Covid we didn’t call about the issues so the owner didn’t have the opportunity to fix anything.
