Host didn’t speak English and had a daughter with a different apartment at a different address that was not disclosed. We ended up in the wrong apartment but it all worked out in the end. "Es war schön, im BĂ€ckenhĂ€usl zu Besuch zu sein. Alles war sehr sauber, ein tolles Freizeitangebot im und um das Haus mit Sauna, großem Garten, Trampolin, Tischtennis etc. Wir durften außerdem unsere Hunde dabei haben. Die KĂŒche ist bescheiden, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Das Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis stimmt.Der einzige Minuspunkt betrifft den Ort Uttendorf: FĂŒr Hundebesitzer aus Deutschland, die es gewohnt sind, ihre Hunde auch mal laufen zu lassen, ist es sehr unangenehm, dies hier nicht...

"The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "
