The absolute highlight is our 200m² wellness area on the 3rd floor, which our guests can use free of charge. The area features 3 saunas, a lounge, and a relaxation area.
Start your day with a lovingly prepared breakfast and enjoy the sunny hours on the terrace.

The absolute highlight is our 200-square-meter wellness area, located on the 3rd floor, which you can reach either by stairs or conveniently by lift—free of charge for our guests.
Our first-floor holiday apartment, spanning approximately 52 square metres, features a small, charming balcony. It accommodates a total of 4 people and includes a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sleeper sofa with a proper mattress.
Relax in the dining area or on the comfortable pull-out sofa bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, as well as illuminated wall mirrors and makeup mirrors. Enjoy the provided hand towels and bath towels. Dressing gowns are available at the front desk.
In the small, open, and practically equipped kitchen, you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster to meet your culinary needs.

If you’d rather not make breakfast yourself, you can always book breakfast as an add-on. We charge 15.00 EUR per person; children, of course, pay less. Just ask.



Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to "towns whose air and climate, according to an expert report, possess characteristics that are beneficial to health and relaxation." Reit im Winkl was designated a climatic health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. For one thing, its high elevation ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilising natural heat and providing ample bus service.
We are a warm, family-run business—Grandma, Grandpa, and we as parents all work here, and our young children are a regular part of our daily life.
That’s why we relaunched our labour of love in 2026.
As hosts, we place great importance on a personal and family-like atmosphere. Here, things aren’t impersonal; instead, they’re open, friendly, and uncomplicated. At the same time, we naturally respect our guests’ privacy.
